My goal is to cook the best tasting,most nutritious meals I can while staying within your family's budget.Times are tough right now, but you can still go to work all day then come home and enjoy a wonderful meal with your family. Well you can, I will shop for the food. I will prepare the meals. I will even clean up the mess. All you need to do is relax.I am located in Key West FL.and have lived here for fifteen years. During my time on the island I have developed an affinity for the many flavors of our culturaly diverse community. I have taken in all anyone would teach me about food,My own personal touch,and a strong work ethic and i use it all to develop dynamic, healthy meals.I also will prepare meals ahead of time for you so you can enjoy them whrn you want.
