Business Description
Wang Gang is a cool Asian restaurant off the beaten path. We offer a blend of Thai, Chinese, and Vietnamese cuisine at reasonable prices. All of our meats and produce are fresh and hand cut in house; all of our sauces are our own recipes and again scratch made in house daily. We provide the upscale casual dining experience at the quick service price. Our service strategy is deemed "hybrid service", whereby a guest places orders at the counter and lets our hospitality staff take it from there. This allows the guest to not have to worry about leaving a tip, and in today's economy that extra 15 to 20 percent can really add up!
