Pie In The Sky Pizza was founded in Franklin, Tenn. by Kelly and Caroline Black. After months of arduously researching ingredients and recipes from across the nation, they developed what they felt wasn't just a great local pizza but rather one of the best pizzas in the whole country. The neighbors who were lucky enough to sample their new creation enthusiastically agreed.
On February 14, 2001, Pie In The Sky Pizza opened its doors and then moved to a new location just three years later. Their new restaurant features a full-service bar, HDTVs, a 60-person party room, slice bar for the kids and seating for over 200.
