Business Description
Physician Management Consultants is a healthcare consulting team that integrates a hospital's two separate functional groups, operations and clinical. The operations group is led by the hospital administration while the clinical group is led by the medical staff. Both groups have the same goals, which is to provide quality patient care. However, each group has its own financial incentive, cost drivers and means of achieving this goal. In essence these two groups operate in parallel rather than in tandem. Our logo a Venn diagram with the caduceus shows our mission - to take our clients to a collaborative zone of clinical and operational efficiency.
