Custom small batch micro gourmet coffee bean roaster. Specializing in 100% Arabica coffee beans produced at high altitudes by Fair Trade and/or Organic small farms. Our products are craft roasted to profiles which bring each bean to it's optimum characteristic for the most discriminating customer. Customer can buy either fresh roasted beans, espresso blend or the green beans separately. All orders for roasted coffees are shipped fresh. We support farmers and coffee and tea cooperatives who practice fair trade for their villages and families and commit to organic farming methods and shade grow their beans to influence the habitat of migratory birds and native species.
