Message from the Business
The original Margaret's Cantina opened in 1993, moved in 1996, and has grown substantially since. As the restaurant has grown, it has changed to reflect owner and chief Margaret's heritage, philosophy and taste based around experiences growing up in Southern Arizona. At Margaret's find a blend of authentic border flavors with a lighter, healthier cooking style. All dishes are made from scratch with the freshest ingredients. None of the sauces and vegetable dishes contain meat or meat stocks. In addition to our regular menu for both lunch and dinner, weekend dinner specials are also available.

on Citysearch Apr 13, 2008Margaret's is not your typical greasy tex-mex place. If you want the usual chicken enchiladas for $2, go elsewhere. The great part about Margaret's are the fresh ingredients, the unconventional cooking style, and ... (more)

on Citysearch Feb 08, 2008Fine place for an out of the way strip commercial location, but avoid the crowds waiting for or coming out of the Chelsea and Timberlyne movies. (more)

on Citysearch May 03, 2007The good news is that it is a quaint little setting and less greasy than most mexican places. However, the prices are quite high, and the flavors are really nothing to get excited about. We had the nachos ($7), the ... (more)
