The "Stop Gap Measure" has a four-phrase comprehensive approach by involving the problem with youth, parent, teacher and the mentor. The teacher and parent will no longer carry the burden. We believe this conc, Inc will implement bi-weekly evaluations or progress reports that will be signed by the youth, the parent, the teacher and mentor. We believe that this four-phrase comprehensive approach will become a ?STOP , class disturbance, tardiness and a lack of focus. Also it will be a deterrent for gang involvement and drug addiction. , home and aboard.MENTORING: The mentor will provide services to the youth at risk located in middle and high schools within the District of Columbia area. The mentors and mentee will participate in a structured program of support. The mentors will focuses on students who are chronically suspended, behavioral problems, peer pressure, anit-social, financial coaching skills, life skills, gangs, and bullying, etc from middle and high schools. EDUCATION TRAINING: We focus on making the educational process more efficient and effective. HYE, Inc?s, commitment is to be keenly alert to the current educational environment and future potential direction of the educational process. HYE, Inc will use the in-house Merit Software product which provides close connection one-on-one with the mentee. The intermediate software skills bundle complete package contains reading, vocabulary, writing, grammar and mathematics curriculums. The mentee is able to receive core competencies which require mentee to succeed. PROFESSIONAL JOB SKILLS: HYE, Inc will focus on how to complete applications and address appropriate professional protocols. HYE, Inc will handle recruiting, including reference checks, skill evaluations, preliminary interviewing screening of all youths before sending them in the marketing field.

Business Description
Helping Youth Excel (HYE, Inc) is a nonprofit organization providing mentoring, professional job skills and educational training program for middle and high school youths from the ages 13-18 in the District of Columbia area. The program will form partnerships with Public, Private and Charter schools in the Washington, DC. HYE, Inc?s goal is to foster a commitment to young people that will promote pro-social friendships, strong interpersonal skills, and reassert a sense of hope in the future. Only through personal relationships can a sense of individual responsibility be re-established that will give youth the commitment to follow through on the path to adulthood with a sense of pride and accomplishment.
