Elizabeth is extremely passionate about natural and holistic medicine: treating the body as a whole rather than a machine made of proprietary parts, treating the root of a problem rather than just a symptom, the fact that our bodies are being directly influenced by subtle environmental influences, the power of prevention and the importance of harmony between mind, body and spirit. Besides graduating at the top of her class from the American College of Traditional Chinese Medicine in SF, her extensive training includes: 10 years of study with Chinese Medicine guru Ping Qi Kang, 1000+ clinic hours at Shu Guang Hospital in Shanghai, focusing on Gastro-Intestinal, Cardiology, Fertility, Gynecology, Oncology and Acupuncture; and an internship at California Pacific Medical Center treating stroke patients with acupuncture.
