We support the educational & behavioral needs of children by protecting student rights, empowering parents, and holding schools accountable for providing adequate supportive services to assist each child receive a free and appropriate public education. We help at-risk and disabled students in regular ed. and special ed. by providing parents with consultation, guidance, and advocacy representation. We make sure parents are fully informed and understand the educational process, their rights, and their child's disability if any, and have an equal voice concerning decisions about their child. We monitor student progress, provide interventions, attend school meetings, observe students in the school setting, review and assist with developing IEP's, and make recommendations to address student needs.
