One of Gary's employees came out to clean a filter and broke it in the process. The employee didn't advise that he broke it -- we discovered it the next day. Calls to Gary's Pool Supply (five of them) returned promises to ... (more)

I went to Gary's thinking I needed to buy a new filtration system and thanks to the honest staff I only had to buy two small "o" rings for the pump. This place is tops! (more)
