Business Description
To educate and develop future leaders in manufacturing through strong and decisive leadership training to meet the needs of company owners and managers to drive productivity and profits through the efforts of a well led and motivated workforce.
Leaders must develop a forward thinking mind-set that enables them to understand the "Big Picture," challenges manufacturing companies face and to create a cohesive workforce that is flexible to change and able to move the company forward.
This training experience is designed for shop and other operational leaders to reflect on, develop from and re-deploy their skills to influence and lead their workforce at a cohesive and productive level to achieve the desired "End of Day" production goals.
This training will convey an awareness of approaches to demonstrate leadership, motivation, decision-making, and communication among co-workers.
This training is designed for the leader who has a fair knowledge of the "Soft Skills" that are required to successful lead and manage a manufacturing workforce.
