The office staff treat people like a number instead of a client, they are dishonest and it is the worst customer service I have seen since living in Indiana for 15 years. We have been locked in the facility many times ... (more)

Not real good, had to always leave message and wait for a call back, rates were OK but access in off hours is hard to get, felt like a number not a client (more)
