Evolution Trainers was developed by Ashley Selman, who was recently recognized as one of the Top 10 Trainers in the Bay Area by the San Francisco Chronicle. With three-dimensional movement in mind, Evolution Trainers's 10,000 square foot facility was designed to be the largest private training facility in the Bay Area.
We offer a variety of services designed to meet your sports and fitness goals. Evolution Trainers provide one-on-one personal training to maximize results or small group training.
Evolution Trainers has partnered with cutting-edge health providers to help you optimize your health. Additional services include massage therapy, VO2 testing, nutrition and supplements, physical therapy and sports psychology.
Evolution Trainers go beyond the basic aesthetic goal, addressing each client's performance abilities, postural and neuromuscular imbalances and personal goals.
