Ed's Tavern is located five minutes from city center in the heart of Dilworth. Originally a hardware store, built in 1921, Ed's is now Charlotte's favorite place to gather with old friends or to make new ones. Serving the best burgers and wings in Charlotte along with a full menu of gourmet bar food, Ed's Tavern was voted 2009 Best Place to Chill by Charlotte Magazine. We have two outside seating decks, 26 beers on tap, 50 bottle selections, 13 TV's showing all college and professional sports packages, foosball, lots of video games and the only SAPO game in the Carolinas. You also can take in a game at our famous checkers bar.
