This plan is periodically reassessed to meet your loved one?s ever-changing needs. 3. Caregiver Match ? We carefully and skillfully match our caregivers to your loved one. Compatibility is key in a successful caregiver/client relationship. 4. Continued Monitoring ? Client Satisfaction Surveys are sent out periodically and regular visits from our Client Service Manager can be expected once services begin.
