Just wasn't as good as I thought it would be. Nice amenities but had troubles with mangement and neighbors. Probably a case by case thing. Be careful of homeless shelter that's close but that's not Capitol Places ... (more)

The management is very pleasant and locally owned and operated. They have been the driving force to the revitalization of downtown. (more)
