Broadway Plaza is an open-air regional shopping center located in the heart of downtown Walnut Creek, 23 miles east of San Francisco and surrounded by the 680/24 freeway corridor. The Plaza currently consists of 90 shops, services and restaurants. The shopping center's 25.4 acres is anchored by Nordstrom, Macy's Men's, Junior's, Women's & Home stores.
Although acknowledged quite frequently for its breathtaking exterior, which includes topiaries, sculptures and European-styled fountains, Broadway Plaza's retail mix has been ranked among the best as well. Voted "Best Shopping Center" for five consecutive years in Diablo Magazine's "Best of the East Bay" issue, Broadway Plaza eventually retired the category by continually outranking its competition.
