ASD operates more efficiently and economically by not hiring complex levels of management executives and, in fact, mostly rely on volunteer educators to operate the business and pass the savings on to the student. We are able to give the student much more for the money spent. It is our burden to offer affordable travel and educational possibilities.

ASD is a truly hands-on company in that every educator and student traveling has a say in the itineraries and educational policies. They are responsible for marketing, sales, accounting, customer service, airline and itinerary procurement. It is our belief that new students are more receptive to learning when the syllabus is constructed by those before them.
