Almaden Valley Athletic Club enriches the lifestyles of its members and the community by providing exceptional services and facilities. The AVAC Difference starts on your first visit with 80 plus Group Fitness classes each week including ZUMBA, world class fitness center filled with user-friendly & iPod friendly equipment, junior olympic swimming pool, loads of extra programs including pilates, BOSU, and Fit4Life, outdoor & indoor spas, and 11 lighted tennis courts. For more than 43 years, AVAC has provided swimming lessons for people of all ages from infants to adults, where swimmers are grouped by age and ability with 4 students per teacher. Our swim school swimming pool is equipped with a retractable roof for year round lessons. AVAC also provides eleven lighted tennis courts with private lessons, weekday and weekend lessons, cardio tennis, and competitive team tennis.
