Aging Care Concierge (ACC) provides a wide range of support services to assist aging individuals, the disabled, and their caregivers. Our services include, but is not limited to: Assessments; Care Plans; Identification, Coordination, and Monitoring of services; Relocation Assistance; Disaster Preparation; and Household Management.
ACC also caters to the 50+ baby boomers to help them plan for the future to ensure that their long-term care wishes are fulfilled.
ACC offers support to caregivers to ease their mental, emotional, and financial stress.
ACC's goal is to ensure that aging and disabled individuals are able to live with dignity and as safely, and independently, as possible.
