A Family business since the 1960Ã??s, I joined my father in learning the fine art of wood floor finishing. While Dad continued to work with me, I took over the business of providing the best floor finishing service in the area in 1989. He was a man of the generation who had a strong work ethic and he finally retired completely at the age of 83. The business has grown and I have had the privilege of serving over 3500 customers in beautiful Columbia County, northern Dutchess, Greene & Berkshire counties. Together with the expertise of my right hand man, Mike, and former finisher, Howie, we have developed relationships with many homeowners who know we are a business with integrity, honesty and professionalism. We are now a crew of two with 35 years experience of floor finishing. I also have many years of experience as a journeyman roofer and home builder. Most likely I have worked in your neighborhood at some time.
