What are some simple steps to get a sculpted body quickly?

In summary, if  you want a sculpted body, if you want to maximize your time, focus your energy , and get results, safely and effectively follow the simple steps in a plan that combines good diet and exercise.
Think of it this way - most people take better care of their car than they do their bodies. Imagine your dream body as you would your dream car. Imagine that shiny new beauty up on blocks because it has no wheels. Would it run? Of course not!

Now think of the wheels as your food. If you don’t eat right, you won’t have a dream body. This is about 60% of a good discipline: follow a good nutrition plan.

Now imagine your body looking awesome, but there is no engine due to a lack of cardio/aerobic exercise.  You need to do cardio in order to keep your metabolism revved up. Not a lot; this accounts for about 10% of a good plan.

Lastly, imagine your dream car with a weak, rusted-out chassis (body). This doesn’t even make sense. Who would covet a rusty old piece of junk like that? Think of the chassis as your strength training (lifting weights) . Strength training  accounts for the remaining 30% of your fitness regimen. If you are not strong you will not have your dream body.

Get it? You have to have all three components:

  1. The Wheels - proper food combination- 60% - Most Important
  2. The Chassis - strength training- 30% - Very Important
  3. The Engine - right type and amount of cardio/aerobics- 10%; Important.
