There are many times when the simplest of repair tasks can drive you crazy. Handymen are great to use but sometimes there are things you can do for yourself and save money. For example, when you have a toilet paper bar or towel rack the falls off the wall, most people play with it, try to fix it and then give up.
Just take a toggle bolt push through the hole and tighten up. Most of time this will solve your problem and it will never happen again. The cost is about a dollar.
