Let me introduce myself. My name is Alex Paolone. I have been a Real Estate Agent since 2000 and I'm a Real Estate Specialist. Why you may ask that I say specialist, well that's because when I have a Real Estate transaction I have to be on top of everything that goes on.
I guide my client through all the necessary steps in Selling or Purchasing a home. I have to make sure the other Real Estate Agents are providing all the needed documents at the right times. This is something that you learn as an Agent in time and with experience, and that's something I have.
Through the years I have been in resale Real Estate and I have been employed with New Home Builders. Well I have to say that I really enjoy resale Real Estate. It is My passion in this business especially with todays times. I want to see that when some one is purchasing a home that it is the right decision for them. The way I am with my clients is that I make sure they see everything that goes on with the transaction and the best policy in my book, is honesty. Now that's why my clients will refer me to their friends and family.
I would hope to come in contact with a client that is looking for an Agent that will be there when they need them. One that answers their phone and calls back right away if they do have to leave a message. Someone that can help them with all their questions.
