Sometimes when you get music online or from an old CD, you can't get the cover art to display in Cover Flow on your Apple iPod or on other mp3 players that have this feature. Here's an easy solution.
Adding album artwork to any iPod device without using Apple iTunes.
Step1. Find the name of the song you want to add the album artwork for; let's say the song is Alicia Keys' "No One".
Step 2: Go on the Internet and search for Album Cover Alicia Keys No One (Amazon is a good source for finding almost any album).
Step 3: Go to the link for that album, and then save the cover picture to your computer (you might want to write down the genre, year it was released, etc. if you need it).
Step 4: Then go to iTunes, select the song you want to add the artwork to (in this example Alicia Keys' "No One"), right-click on the song and select Get Info.
Step 5: Click the Artwork tab, browse to where you have stored and saved the album artwork and select it.
Step 6: Click Ok, then sync your iPod, iPod Touch or iPhone to add the album artwork.
Note: This procedure is the same for any Apple iPod device, but if you have another mp3 player such as a Microsoft Zune the steps may differ slightly.
