I'm sure your dog's coat has from time to time become matted--that certainly happens with our poodles. Removing these mats can be frustrating and time consuming to say the least. Groomers and pet owners have used slicker brushes, sprays and even siccors to remove mats. Combing and combing with a slicker gets irritating to the dog, and cutting the mats out can be very dangerous. After trying every method available, I came across a de-matting comb with nine serated blades that cuts through mats like magic. The blades are smooth on the back side, so they can't harm the animal. This de-matting comb is also great for grooming under coats. This comb also works wonderfully to groom manes and tails on horses. If you want to know more about them, I'd be happy to help you.
