"Growing your small Business"!

by Denice Blair of smallbizmoneyconnec (17-Oct-2008)

Many small businesses close their doors within their  first year of business. Many others, between a  1-5 year period.  Why?  Besides incorrect information on structure LLC's , inc., proprietorship, etc), most lack sufficient  funding.

What is a dun and brad street number ??  and, why should I have one for my company ?  Many have asked my services.  A dun and  brad street number , is like your social security number, only it's  for your , business.  Which becomes a seperate entity  from you !  That is how aged corporations helps small businesses,  who donot have a dun and brad street number. or, lines of credit.  They provide dun and brad street numbers  for small business owners  along with lines and credit in which a small business  would not normally have access too.

Aged corps also provide the small-to-mid sized business  with several financial advisors who assist and guide the small entreprenuer to the way of  financial stability.

Another way for a small buisness to establish itself  is to Franchise.  If a small -to-mid sized business day-to-day operation  is considered  profitable ,organized and duplicable.  Then franchising can be another  way for a small business to raise money,, for growth.  People will actually pay to duplicate your successful business.

And last but not least, if your business is structured, and even though the market is a lot shaky now.  You can still set your sites on going public, raising cash for your company cash limits are  1M-15M.  Great prospects, for a small business. The markets will not forever be in a slump! Where will your company be on the upsurge?
