The restaurant options today are ever expanding and finding a good, we mean, GREAT place to spend your hard earned money is important. We encourage the patron to try us once based on their 'usual' favorite dish from their usual Asian restaurant of current choice. We then usually hear a "wow, I didn't know Chinese could be so great! - how do you do it?" It's simple. At the growing Wang Gang Asian restaurant chain we rely on one key ingredient - items made from scratch. Our crab rangoon is a crowd favorite - why? Real crab people! We use Phillips Special Crab meat, premium cream cheese, add a dash of this and that, and roll it up like a roll of quarters from the bank. Heat, cut, serve with a killer spicy mustard sauce. It's this that makes us 'Wow' our customers. Anyone can get pre-made rangoon, but not everyone makes something old world style - with their hands. It goes on from there. Our sauces are house made from scratch, our beef and chicken is never frozen - it's butchered in house daily, dusted in a partial potato starch mix to give it a crispy texture, and keep the juices inside. BIG portions too. Too many restaurants are trying to 'save a buck' by cutting back here, there and everywhere. Buzz cutting portions is not our style. our 'little fried rice' is $5 and is 1.5 pounds of fresh, not day old, rice, vegetables and meat. Speaking of meat, if you are vegetarian, we cater to you. Also, celiac? We truly know what that word means, no confused faces on our staff when you mention that condition.
To top it off, pleasant decor. Most people feel like they are a guest in someone's nice dining room, not in some 'chain' decorated joint with pictures of things and stuff hanging from every nook and cranny to 'fill the space.' Come in to enjoy a chef driven meal in a pleasant atmosphere and do what you do at a restaurant, enjoy your company.
Wang Gang Asian is a quick service casual restaurant concept whereby you place your order at the counter, our waitstaff will then bring the food to your table, and from there, you enjoy.
