Bigger is not necessarily Better

If you're selling your property, beware.  Bigger is not necessarily better. Large agencies tend to loose focus on your property unless you're in the high price range.  Large agencies will focus on the more expensive homes  or lots in their advertising campaigns. Why?  They receive a much bigger return on their advertising budget.   They focus early on less expensive properties; but in the long term you get lost in the shuffle,  left with nothing but excuses as to why your property hasn't sold. So when shopping for that right agency, think small, experienced and someone who will  give you the service you deserve.  Smaller properties should receive the same level of attention as larger properties.
