Kara Mia Italiano is a friendly neighborhood restaurant. We offer great food and service and are a family owned business. We are not a franchise or part of a large chain. We are just a couple of people that really have a passion for good food and taking care of our guest. Come in and let us take good care of you and your family. Some of our signiture dishes are our Chicken parmigiana and our homemade lasagana.We also have great pasta dishes, strombilis, and thin crust pizzas as well as some awesome Italian specialties such as Chicken Picatta and Salmon Carpino. We make all of our sauces from scratch each day and our Sunday Gravy (red sauce) is absolutly the best. Come join us in Alpahretta for a great meal.
