Chef Rolando has been offering his authentic Cuban cuisine to Southern California for over 15 years. In Early 2000 he opened a Latin Restaurant with actress and recording artist Jennifer Lopez. It was no surprise when the restaurant became an instant hit, serving celebrities and tourists from around the world.
